Purificadora regularly carries out the purification and recycling of oils from the Composites Sector.
Purificadora has carried out the recycling of hydraulic oil from a 9,000 litre circuit used in a wood composites production line.
The oil is used in a circuit that presses the composite to give it the consistency required for the manufacture of sheets.
By choosing our procedures, these clients save up to 25 times more than they would if they bought new oil and, what's more, purified and recycled oil offers better physical and chemical properties than new oil.
In some procedures, Purificadora works alongside the equipment manufacturers themselves, either in the start-up of new installations or in the maintenance of existing ones, thus generating synergies with extraordinary value for clients.
All procedures can be carried out while the equipment is working, thus avoiding extremely costly production downtimes. Furthermore, quality is assured and controlled through Analyses and Tests carried out by external independent laboratories and by our own laboratory.
