Dielectric Oil
Purificadora carried out the recycling of 4,000 litres of dielectric oil belonging to a client from the Marinha Grande Industrial Complex.
The machine in question was an ONA HS-600 and could not operate due to heavy water contamination in the oil.
Thanks to Purificadora's quick intervention, the oil was decontaminated and production could resume.
By choosing our procedure, this client spends around 3 times less than what he would spend on buying new oil, while fully recovering the physical and chemical properties of the oil.
All procedures can be carried out while the equipment is working, thus avoiding extremely costly production downtimes. Furthermore, quality is assured and controlled through Analyses and Tests carried out by external independent laboratories and by our own laboratory.
Did you know that, in most cases, industrial waste oils still retain more than 95% of their physical and chemical properties?
Purificadora brings economic and environmental advantages to your business.
