20 years have passed since Purificadora first recycled 15,000 litres of compressor lubricating oil used in the production of chemical compounds.
These compressors can reach pressures of up to 350 bar and are therefore subject to very high demands when it comes to oil quality and the maintenance of their physical and chemical properties.
From then on, this oil has been continuously recycled by Purificadora.
By choosing our procedure, this client spends 9 times less than what he would spend on buying new oil and, what's more, the recycled oil offers better physical and chemical properties than new oil.
Almost all procedures can be carried out while the equipment is working, thus avoiding extremely costly production downtimes. Furthermore, quality is assured and controlled through Analyses and Tests carried out by external independent laboratories and by our own laboratory.
Did you know that, in most cases, industrial waste oils still retain more than 95% of their physical and chemical properties?
Purificadora brings economic and environmental advantages to your business.
Recycling means adding value
We have over 35 years of experience
Using technology and processes developed in-house over its 35 years of experience, Purificadora aims to extend the life of your oils indefinitely by treating and recycling them thoroughly at much lower prices when compared to the purchase of new oils.
Virtually every oil can be recycled, namely:
• Insulating oils
• Lubricating oils
• Hydraulic oils
• Turbine oils
• Compressor oils
• Gear oils
• Thermal oils
• Cutting oils
Activity carried out at the clients' premises
Every recycling activity is carried out at the clients' premises. From barrels, vats or tanks to large industrial plants, Purificadora brings its mobile equipment to the place where the oils are used and/or stored.
Our whole operation is ensured and monitored by internal and external laboratory analyses and tests, which guarantee the total quality and reliability of the physical and chemical properties of the oils that are treated and recycled.
