Plastic Injection Sector
Purificadora regularly carries out the purification and recycling of hydraulic oils from plastic injection machines.
Hydraulic oils, given this type of application, are subject to being contaminated with plastic granules, dust, water derived from heat exchangers and mould cooling, metallic particles from wear and component breakdown, etc.
Even when the oil is heavily emulsified with water, making it look like 'mayonnaise', Purificadora is able to purify and recycle it until it is clear again.
Purificadora works with plastic injection machines from a wide range of manufacturers, from which we highlight: Arburg, Battenfeld, Demag Ergotech, Engel, Krauss Maffei, Sandretto, Stork, among others.
Almost all procedures can be carried out while the equipment is working, thus avoiding extremely costly production downtimes. Furthermore, quality is assured and controlled through Analyses and Tests carried out by external independent laboratories and by our own laboratory.
Did you know that, in most cases, industrial waste oils still retain more than 95% of their physical and chemical properties?
Purificadora brings economic and environmental advantages to your business.
